J or W environment setup

What are the steps involved to create a "W" or "J" versions of a custom environment ? I have a copy of OTI-01-0140 (Creating a Custom Path Code and Environment that can be Upgraded (As400)) but all I need is to add "W" and "J" to an existing environment. Thanks.
