Import AR payment receipts

Does anybody have any ideas on importing payment receipts from a legacy system? I was read an earlier post on the list that you can only import unapplied cash by using F03B13Z1 for open receipts.

What I want to be able to do import payments with specific payments for specific invoices. Is this possible?
