identifying emails from list

Currently I am on four lists, and I can identify traffic from two of them with the greatest of ease, because they prefix the subject line with the list name. The JDEList is one of the ones that don't. Hence I'm never sure whether a particular email is legit or spam (without getting into properties and scanning for jdelist). And of course we can have any kind of subject line.

Would you please consider adding the list name as prefix to the subject line when you distribute? Something like [jdelist:apps] would be great.

Regrettably we can not do this because it causes problems with the threading of incoming mailing list messages. You should be able to create a rule based on the body of the message where "jdelist" always appears. Check out the FAQ forum for more information on creating rules.
