How to remove the Record from F3111 for completed WOs

How can I remove the record from F3111 - Work Order Parts List table for completed WOs. Is there any standard UBe is available?
Since I have record in F3111 for the completed WOs, the UBE P4102P is not clearing some lot locations.
Please advice

If the problem is the commitments to the w.o. in the location/lot records are not being cleared when the w.o. is completed/closed, then this is usually achieved using the Repost Work Orders UBE R3190. Or is there more to the problem ?
