How To desactivate SAVE and DELETE buttons in Desing

Hi list,
I need to add security in Form design, Table design, Report design, Processing Option design and any other Design.
I need to desactivate SAVE and DELETE button from design windows but don't know which kind of security and on which object. This user needs to be able to view design but cannot modify any of them. He also can update datas so I cannot just put a read-only on all.

Koshi,
I think you should use Object Mangement Configuration (P98230) and create a new user class. Then assign whatever duties you want for that role. For example, the quality assurance role does not have all the authority that a developer would have.
When creating a project assign this user using the new, limited role.

Thanks for your advise, I would have done the same but unfortunately our customer is still in B7332 which does not have OWM.
