E9.2 How to Cancel Requisition when status is Submitted?

Need to cancel RSS order but his status is Submitted , how i can?
and the second issue i have , i created a RSS order but not show in Requisition Inquiry P43E15 ?
PLEASE SEND HELP :):cry:
