How to Call a Bussiness Service In JDEdwards E900 without WSDL or Publisher

Hi Members.
I Would like to call a BSSV in Java from Bussiness Function in C.
I Know how to work a BSSV Consumer, and Provider, but in this case i only want to call a BSSV from a Function in C.
Without WSDL or Publisher WSDL, I Wont work with WSDL I want to write a program in Java and Call this program from Bussiness Function in Java only. Its not System Integration its only Call of the function.
It's not System Integration. it's only Call of the function.
Do I have to configure something like EndPoint?
Do I have to configure some .ini?
