E9.2 G/L Offset on Accrual Adjustment

The G/L Offset specified on my Adjustment is not being retrieved, and then passed, into AAI Item 4270 and 4280:
1. G/L Offset On Adjustment is blank. AAI 4270 and 4280 G/L Accounts properly retrieved for G/L Offset, ****.
2. Added G/L Offset "A" to AAI 4270 and 4280.
3. Updated G/L Offset on Adjustment to "A". AAI 4280 and 4280 G/L still retrieving G/L Accounts for G/L Offset ****, instead of "A"

Via debugger, can see that a Blank Value (instead of A") is being retrieved for the G/L Offset from the Adjustment.

Any encountered this previously? Any thoughts on underlying issue.
