E9.1 Forza PACKMAN Waiting for Execution Time

Hello,
Our tools release is 9.2 and Forza PACKMAN release is 4.0.
It appears that the execution of transfers for build/deploys stopped working.
The scheduled times have not changed.
For example, I started a transfer and it is just sitting in the queue with the status "Waiting for Scheduled Time" even though it was submitted during the scheduled time.
Any suggestions?

Few things to check -
1. Is the queue process started
2 is the queue service running?
3. check OCM maps are alright in server map ?
I would ask you to contact Forza Support as well.

restart the dev client that the service is running on. Have services been restarted? Did your license expired?
