UTB,RDA,FDA etc applications are not Opening directly thru FastPath in JDE OneWorld Live B7.

Have you checked to see if there is any External Call security setup on these applications? Are you getting any error messages when you try to run them?

Did you verify they have valid entries in UDC H90|FP?

I have checked in UDC(H90|FP) also. There is enrty for the UTB. Still it is not getting executed from fastpath. Only UTB,FDA,RDA are not working thru FastPath. UDC etc... are working from fastpath.

I had a similar problem with these apps not working after our IT deparment had used Zenworks to automatically update software on my PC. It must have upset a DLL somewhere (RDA, UTB are essentially standalone executable programs). I retook the last full build to my PC and everything then worked as before....hopes this helps.

even UDC has been setup, but is it really pointing at the correct menu and sequence?
