F4209 & Order Suffix

Recently applied ESU to OW Xe 17.1 and noticed that the order suffix is now at a header level (000) versus detail level (001, 002, etc.) when recording approvals in the F4209. We have multiple custom reports that read the F4311 and then go out to look for a match in the F4209. Since now all change orders are recording as 000 suffix the reports do not work. I understand from JDE that the functionally was changed at the time they were correcting another issue. Has anyone else run into this same issue or does anyone have any suggestions?
