F4111 LNID incorrect

Hello Forum,

We've got a problem that leads to data disintegrity. F4111.LNID sometimes differs from F4211.LNID. We use 49 TMS system. S4 Sales orders are setup by default - to use outbound shipment processing.
We found 2 possible causes:
1. shipped (F49631.ACLQ) <ordered (F4211.UORG) OR delivered < shipped. In either case F4211 record LNID=X.000 is splitted with LNID = X.000, X.001, X.101 and so on. The corresponding records' F4111.LNID are still incremented by 1.000
2. Somewhy, if delivered < shipped and some goods are received back and in F49631 new document CT added with LNID>F4211.LNID. Those F49631.LNID replace F4111.LNID. e.g.: in F4211 there are 3 records with F4211.LNID = 1, 2, 3. Not delivered F49631.LNID = 4, 5. F4111.LNID may be 1, 4, 5.

In either case R42800 does not update F4111 and F49211 records where F4111.LNID <> F4211.LNID.

Any ideas on the matter would be DEEPLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!!

Regards,
