Hi List,

We've been asked to develop a very elaborate change to F4111 and the GL in order to facilitate a 'consigned stock' modification.
(So we hold someone else's stock in our warehouses etc)

Whilst reading the spec and looking at the tables involved I came across F4111.CMOO
Commingled Other Ownwer
"Indicates that the transaction uses commingled inventory and that it is for another owner. Journal entries will not be written for stock belonging to another owner."

Now that flag seems too good to be true so I have looked at where it used and where in the C++ it maybe used also.

The answer is pretty fruitless, but am I missing something.

Does anybody know exactly what this field does and could it be used to fulfil the business need. Which in esscence is to allow consigned and non consigned stock to exist in a given branch at the same time

Thanks

John
