Export to grid is slow, Plz assist

Helo All,

I am facing a issue related to Grid export, We have a JDE XE Application when the user clicks Find button its very fast but when he right click & Export the data to Excel the fetch takes long time[its happening in the Morning hours only], I tried to do the same thing with other application & its very fast.We are facing this issue only for that particular application.

* Network is Good
* JDE speed is Good
* No issues in other applications on Export
* User is accessing JDE via Citrix

Hi.

Export to grid is slow when there are many records or columns.

What we do is:

1. First select only the first row and export it.

This will export the first row and the column headers

2. Then click on export again, select all but the first one, and do not click export, do Control + C to copy the selected cells, go to excel and paste just below the previous exported data, this is fastest that the standard export

3. Now cancel the export.

Users are facing problem when they click on export & them select data from Grid[Data Selection from Grid is slow]

Hi.

This could be for the grid to not had fetched all rows

best is to hit Ctrl + End before the export to make the grid fetch all rows
