Export to Excel in Citrix Freezes system

I have a user that when he exports from a Grid into Excel, his system freezes. It happens on any Server he signs into. And on any application that he exports from.
Any ideas?
TIA

One user here did that and it had to do with corruption of this NT log-in profile. Deleted, recreated, and seemed to fix.

Yes. We have tried that as well but it didn't take care of the prb.
Thanks for the idea.

Just a quick question - which version of Office/Excel? On both Citrix and Desktop? We have had some problems where the user has Excel97 and the Citrix has Excel2000.

Can the user open Excel on the Citrix Server without going through JDE? We had a problem where a user was being prompted when they opened Excel, once the question was answered (and a don't display again box ticked) they had no more problems.

The difficulty was that you could only get to the message when Excel was run on its own. The JDE export just locked.

Final suggestion - how much data is being exported? Or is this for any grid no matter how small?

Not sure why, but it turned out that there was something corrupt with his ID on his own PC. Not the Citrix station. We could sign in as someone else into his Workstation and then have him sign into Edwards and everything worked correctly. If he signed into his Workstation, no matter who signed into Edwards would get the failure.
Because we are in the process of swapping out Workstations, we just swapped his out a bit earlier than planned and everything is working fine now.
