Can you define "running ETO" for me?
I have worked with a number of companies that would define their (manufacturing) business as "ETO" as they do not produce "standard" products for their customers, but engineer each product to very specific requirements provided by their customers.

We tried it multiple times (each time after a upgrade to see if things had changed).
Consensus at our organization was that JDE ETO had been designed to demo well but didn't work very well in real life.
