error when printing reports in a web-interface

Hi, colleagues!

I just installed a web-interface for 8.10. And when I print any report in a web-interface I receive a following error (see figure).

Please help me to fix this problem!

So what does the jas.log file say...can you post the part of the log where the output fails.

There is part of log file from c:\Program Files\WebSphere\AppServer\installedApps\AP2\EA_JS_81_AP2.ear\webclient.war\logs directory
