error message: system become unstable

Dear all,

Fyi, i create a report to print Job Role to Task View Relationship where this report is set to generate PDF & CSV file. When i submit the report for processing by company, i hit the error as attachement.

Can anyone advice me why occured such error? Was it cause by CSV file generation in large amount of data to be generate?

Kindly advice.

Hi Wong,

I remember something similar, where the following jde.ini setting solved the problem:

[UBE] section
UBEDLIMemFileSys=1

It is worth a try. Please, let us know your result.

Hy,

What does the jde.log say? You should try to give as much info as possible. I had this kind of problem when I've started working witch cache and did not initialize it correctly. But I guess it could be some other things too.
