Error in TC From Text File To Oneworld Table

Hi,
i am trying to data conversion from Excel to Oneworld Table but i am getting a error in printque and in jde.log is

TCE009090 - fixed width column formats must be defined over a character type column, not over a column with EVDT type 9.

and i am also unable to connect this TC to ER Debugger please give me a solution for that.
