Employee Quick Hire issues

We are converting from People Soft to OneWorld Xe 18 update 4. We plan to use Employee Quick Hire to import all the current employees. In testing this scenario, I am having some difficulties, the main one being that I cannot get the F060116 populate. The employees populate the F08710 and F0101 with Search type E. I have the processing options setup on Quick Hire to automatically update the F060116 and F0101 (rather than go to the workfile) and to Disable New Hire. Has anyone else run into this problem, or does anyone have ideas of how I can solve this problem. I am about ready to call the response line, but I thought I'd give this forum a go hoping for a quicker answer.

Hi Tammy,
You may try to ENABLE the New Hire, just for a bunch of employees, and see how it's working
Take care, The Quick Hire may change existing persons' Search Type in Address Book, IF THEY already Exist AND THEY already Have a valid SSN, in the Address Book.
