We have been using the send email function on OW since day1 but its only for informational messages. Now we got a requirement where in for every buyer we need to send the missing supplier/item relationship PDF's to their OutLook email ID.

Any Help or Suggestions on this topic?

We've been using a product on our AS400 called Spooltool and MAILTOOL
from BVS Tools, this is in a World environment so I don't know how it
would fit into a OneWorld environment. (www.bvtools.com)

The product is very affordable and the service is excellent.

This has been discussed in the past.

Check out this thread:

Basically you cannot use B0500190 with an attachment on the AS/400. You have to write a CL program and have it called from a driver UBE. The driver UBE can run the UBE you want to send and then call the CL to use SNDDST to send the PDF.

If you are sending an e-mail without the attachment from the 400 or with or without an attachment from a client PC B0500190 can be used. This is how it works in XE it may be corrected in 8.9. I am going to upgrade in the next few months so I will test it.

Good Luck.
