Electronic Signatures - 21 CFR Part 11

We are working on Self Service Benefits Enrollment. They want to use the Electronic Signatures that are part of the 21 CFR Part 11 government standards. We have loaded the required ESU and everything works fine on the fat client. We can't get the electronic signatures to come up on the web client. Anybody working with this?
