One of our pain points in the ECO process is that when we send it through for approvals, our cost accounting group has to send an email to the purchasing team for the cost for one or more of the items on the BOM.
I'm thinking through having the purchasing group on the approval for the ECO so they can enter the information. I'm not that familiar with Supplemental Data. Would this be a place to put this kind of information? Is there another option to help streamline the process?
