E8.12 Workflow - Email P98806 Link

Hi All,

We are on E8.12 and TL 8.96.7 . I have developed a workflow which includes an approval form (P98806). I am able to bring it to the workcenter and open the application and approve or reject. I would like the same to be sent as an email to outlook which I have succeeded to some extent. But, the email goes in as junk mail and I cannot open the application link. Do I need to set up anything for this ? I have set all the address numbers and email in the preferences. I am using group structure.

is it possible to activate outlook voting botton for approval of LPO in JDE ( only for accept or reject LPO)
I mean, simply by creating votting botton from outlook?
my issue is that, here top official dont want to use JDE , they want to use only outlook.
pls give me ur comments
