e-mailing PDF files from a thin client

Do any of you know a way to enable a Citrix user to e-mail a OneWorld
resulting PDF file?

We have a couple of users desiring this, however it's tricky (as you all
know) since they are actually working on the Citrix Server rather than their
own computer. OW doesn't appear to support this capability internally
either. BTW we use MS Exchange for e-mail.

Uh, I'm hearing RUMOUR that with 5.1 we will have NATIVE .pdf spool
capability....FINALLY! Won't know for sure until Monday and the User
Group 5.1 announcement teleconf (check www.common.org for details).

Until then, you can always use Compleo...

You may try to install Outlook 9x/2000 client on the Citrix Server, and
define several user
profiles, one for every remote user.
I know that JDE may automatically send text mails (although not the desired
PDFs) via
JDE.INI settings.

We have the Printqueue setting go to the user's own home directory under
Citrix. Then the user views the job to create the PDF. Then they must
go to View Local Output. Right click and Copy the file. Use the drop
down box to select he C$ (or whatever local drive they wish). Then right
click and Paste the file. Then they can email whatever they wish.

I know... but 10 steps are better than not being able to do it at all.
