If you are running on as Iseries you can use a spool file tool from
BVSTOOLS.com. It lets you setup an outQue Trigger to copy PDF for duplicate
copies or to route to other printers.

problem

Stephanie

Hello from Halofax, Nova Scotia, Canada
We are using Enterprise One ERP8

Have you found an answer to multiple invoice printing of PDF?

Sorry to say I have no answer for you but have similar problem.

We are printing Sales Orders via a Subprocess UBE. The user wishes 2 copies.
This is Print Immediate rather than a displayed PDF with a user input at
print time. Have tried setting print settings on Windows 2K Server to 2 and
have tried setting printer default number of copies to 2 (using printer menu
on the printer itself). No luck. Always seems to be 1 copy.

Do you know of any way to modify a OneWorld printer definition to default to
2 copies or any other method that may work?

Thanks

For user defined number of copies, i am considering an option to modify the processing option template of the report to carry the number of copies specified by user. then we can send this variable to our createForms that can then print the copy as many times as defined in the processing options.

Actually when you specify the number of copies to print using the standard print properties page the resulting pdf document properties maintains a variable with that value. our problem is that CreateForms cant use the PDF properties to further process the document. Any other ideas are highly appreciated.

best regards
Shrikanth
