Disabling Logons

Is there a way to limit admin access to disable logons to specific citrix servers in a farm ? We have just integrated with our corporate IT team and we now have the situation where our head office runs a whole citrix farm and 2 of these servers run our JDE install. We need access to disable logins to our 2 JDE servers but are being told that Citrix can't control access to specific servers so we can't do this without contacting our corporate help desk.

"change logon /disable" from the command prompt on the server will disable logins.

Install the citrix management console on your PC to manage the farm. Then right click on the server you wish to disable logins for, choose properties, metaframe XP settings, uncheck enable logons to this server.

You version of citrix may be different, but you should still be able to do it.
