Greetings all, first question here.
I am a new CNC and have been troubleshooting an issue with an enterprise server not wanting to directly print reports from the web application. Here is a breakdown of the situation:
<ul type="square"> [*]there are 2 enterprise servers, one to run the majority of reports and one to run month end and specific financial reports [*]direct printing is working from the primary enterprise server, but not from the financial one [*]jas.ini and jde.ini settings have been compared between servers and found to be identical (used a diff tool for this) [*]the temp folder has been verified and contains the reports being generated by the batch jobs and are viewable [*]the server is able to map to the printers on the LAN [/list]
Having checked all this, I have not found any new leads to follow in troubleshooting this problem, so I am looking for some guidance and insight from those of you who may have come across a similar situation.
