Different results on fat client and web server (8.11)

We're in the process of upgrading from XE to 8.11. We're encountering some common problems across some of the applications. Applications produce desired results on fat client, but not on the web server.

Package is deployed successfully and shows no errors.

Are we doing anything wrong or missing something?

Hi,

Have you installed all of the required ESUs (>700!).
Many of these ESUs fix inconsistencies between Web and
Fat clients, BSFN that work on one side and not on the
other, etc.

Can you be little more specfic as to which ESU's will fix that kind of problem? We've installed more than 300 ESU's.

Hi,

Since a few months ago, Denver requires you to install
of the ESUs they publish on their Change Assistant tool.

In a few words, you'll have to install Change Assistant
on your Deployment, download all the ESUs for your
release (E811 or E811SP1?), apply them all on your
development environment and start testing...

There are "just" 603 ESUs for E811 SP1, don't panic...
it's pretty fast to install and deploy them with their
Change Assistant Tool and the Special Instructions are
not as long and tedious as they used to be on Xe.
