Development tools 8.10 vs Xe

I was wondering what the development tools were like in 8.10. Will there still be RDA, FDA, etc or will the tool set be totally new, requiring some sort of training? I still consider myself a rookie with the Xe tools!!

Yes,
They are still there, the old gang; and improved a bit - especially FDA - it looks more like a Rapid Application Development interface (than it used to).
No need to re-train
