Hi list,

My problem is :
usually, when i go to progam P98538, it gives me the name of the clients
deployed, number of licences, expiration date...

but now, i see 0 everywhere, and no client list.
i called the hotline to give me the SPC code, but even with that, still same
problem.

If someone got the answer, thanks

Aziz :

a) What's your OneWorld release and platform?
b) Check that your B7333 is shared, full rights for your user and that
you've got full rights on the \client folder.
c) Finally, licenses are checked and loaded from the JDEPLAN environment

It sounds like your jdeclnt.ddc and jdeclnt.xdc got deleted from the deployment b733/client directory. Since JDE gave you a new SPC code as user log on they should be prompted with the security setup form. From that form exit they should click "GET AUTH" and then okay this should take a license which you will see on the P98538 screen. Hope this helps.

this is defintly a access issue to your deployment server share. Check
that you have access to the share (try and map a drive to it, ie
\\depservername\b7333. If it asks you for a password then this is your
error). We get this when we log into our servers using a local
admininstator. If you call the help desk they will also say that if you
cannot see any licences in the licence usage application than this is an
access issue with the b7333 directory.

Good Luck
