Decrement Date and Time

I would like to know if there is any BSFN which can decrement date and time based on a PO. If the PO is set to 25 mins and date is 13 Feb 2004 00:20:00 decrement date and time should be 12 Feb 2004 23:55:00. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

for a date, you could use the system function or build a bsfn using the advance date Api or bsfn like the B00000171.
For time, no BFSN or API, but you could use the standard of C (convert time to serial, decremente then reformat time).
