Data replication from Item Master to Branch Plant

A problem was brought to my attention regardiing the duplication of data fields from the IM to the BP. Example: User updates Item Flash Message using P4101 and continues to the BP update with P41026. The issue is the IFLA is not updated in the BP (F4102). Is there some sort of 'map' to identify which fields are automatically updated from IM to BP? Does the replication in the BP only occur during initial creation of an item?

Replication of fields only occurs during intial creation of BP entry. Not sure if IFLA is replicated even then though.
