Cycle Counting WITHOUT the \"As-Of\" Report ?? ~ Is it Possible ??

Working with a company to correct their inventory cycle counts...does anyone know if the "As-Of" report (R41112) has been re-named or changed in 9.0 ? ... this company does not have one ... to make it more interesting they ZERO OUT their inventory via IA's monthly yet do not run the update reports or processes .. now of course 1 month after the 9.0 go-live the inventory is all Negative on every item yet they *promise* that when they did it this way in XE that this neg qty on inv. reports *Never* happened ... logic tells me to suggest they run the cycle count process correctly unless their way will work somehow...any help or comments are appreciated...Thanks!

We are using 8.11 SP1, 8.96, I believe there is no report R41112 as such, surly there is a file F41112 Item ASOF File, which will get updated after running R41542 - Item Ledger As Of Record Generation.
