Cycle count in JDE world consists of following steps.You need to first define cycle count cataegory (frequency of count as weekly,monthly etc) in item branch plant for items.Then follow the below steps in World 7.3A.
1 Item Branch Plant updation for cycle count.
2 Select Item for cycle count..
3 Cycle count Review
4 Print cycle count sheets..
5 Cycle count entry
6 Print variance details
7 Cycle count approval
8 Cycle count update
