I need your thoughts in one of our clients requirements.

"The idea is to make the customer self service order entry (P4210) applications, accessible
to portal without creating a new portal components".

The client says- that in new EnterpriseOne application there exists 'Customer self service Workspace'
where-in you can add applications (P4210 etc) without creating a new portal component. Moreover the
customer self service Workspace application can be used to personalize the portal components.

If anyone is aware of this functionality, kindly let me know about the steps involved to acheive this . If there's any link or related documents on how to go about send it across. It will help us a lot to procceed with.
Actually I've not worked on the portal servers, so any help from your side, i'll appreciate.
