Customer Online Order system

We are looking at changing the software that we use for our customers to do online orders so I am looking to see who uses what. We are going to be implementing the the more of the Customer Self Service and wondered if we would be able to use JDE to allow Customers to have access to ordering online as well as checking on the statuses of their orders. Does anyone use this. Any information and/or suggestions would be helpful.

I did a presentation on Online Ordering for wholesale businesses a few years ago and talked through our selection process for picking a bolt on solution instead of JDE self service.

JDE interface is fairly clunky, OK for internal staff to use, but doesn't present well to external customers, so we chose a bolt on solution.
