Custom Documentation not showing up on Web client

Anyone have any experience with custom documentation not showing up in the respective web client? I've tried replacing the spaces with "_" characters in the task view title as described in solution 201003102 but that didn't help.
 
Hi,

Is the documentation placed in a path explicitly setup in P98MOQUE or is it on a file server.

P98MOQue is the ideal solution.
