Credit Report data in Dun&Bradstreet or Experian/TRW formats

We will export A/R data for Credit Reporting in one of 3 formats: Dun & Bradstreet, Experian/TRW, or custom .csv.
I am aware the menu G03151 offers credit reporting output to 3 tape formats: Dun & Bradstreet, Experian/TRW, and CREDITEL.
The data outputs to F03920 file, which is not readable in .CSV or .xls format.
Have you customized program P03920 to output also to a format that is more readable (that is, individual fields readable in .csv and .xls?

Oracle's document ID 1306530.1 [Creating the Credit Reporting Tape File(P03920 and P03920C)] explains in depth their adherance to the formats for Dun & Bradstreet, Experian/TRW, etc. However, nothing is mentioned about an alternative format that is more readable to the untrained eye. The D&B and Experian tape formats remind me of EDI file formats which are likewise not very readable to the untrained eye.
