Copy accounts within the same business unit but to different subsidaries

We are on One World Xe. In that, we would like to copy accounts from one subsidiary to four other subsidiaries within the same business unit. We do not face any problems in copying from one business unit to another. Could someone provide a lead on how to approach this issue?
