Hi all
We are 8.12 8.96.2.0 and the users keeps getting timed out after a few. minutes.
I've increased the timeouts on the JAS servers to 1 hour but they can leave their desk for a few minutes and the get the yellow box with the timeout message. I checked the cookie settings and they have "override automatic cookie handling" enabled but I'm wondering if there is another IE setting that we need to change? The clients all have IE6 Sp2.
