Converting from World A/R to OW A/R

Hi All,
We are in the process of converting our A/R form World (A73 CUM 9 - AS400) to OW XE (UD4 - AS400 - NT - Citrix). I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully done the A/R table conversion from an AS/400 into Xe.
I would welcome any suggestions/links/relative documents/To-do list/....
Any help would be very much appreciated.

There are two documents in KG,
1. OFN-00-52 (Converting from WorldSoftware A/R to OneWorld A/R)
2. WFN-01-0018 (World software to Oneworld AR conversion issues).
