Hi List,
Our production process is such that we manufacture large production runs of
any given product. Invariably, the production run will need to completed
into multiple stockyard locations. We are currently using the 'Co/By
Completion Revision' form (W3115F) to do this. However, when you complete
into multiple locations, the 'Quantity Ordered' does not get split between
the two locations.
Using the following example, although the qty completed is split between two
locations for a 'CO' product , the qty ordered remains with the first
location.
ShopFloor Workbench - [Co/By Completion Revision] (W3115F)
Oper Co CoBy Calloff Availability Quantity Quantity Quantity Location
Completed
Seq# By Prodcut Ordered Completed Cancelled To Date
3.00 C A3708A Pennine Buff Rustic 230,000.000 100,000.000 C9 500.0000
3.00 C A3708A Pennine Buff Rustic 130,000.000 C4 500.0000
Now , When you enquire on the Supply / Demand screen, this gives the
impression that there is still planned production coming
through the system when in reality there is not.
I did find a Sar that seemed to be the solution for this but i did not make
a note of it and now try as i might i cannnot find it.
Does anyone know what this Sar is OR have a solution of their own
