Client Access Directory Update

Does anyone use the Directory Update feature of Client Access to update directories on their servers or desktops with data files created from WW's in JDE? I have been trying to get it to work, and have been unable to do so. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

You must first use the Copy To PC Document (CPYTOPCD) command to copy the AS400 file, that was created by world writer, to a PC file in one of the AS400 folders.

You can then use the PC file in the AS400 folder from your desktop, or you may use client access update function to copy the PC file from the AS400 folder to your workstation.
