Upload of A/R Adjustment Transactions

The company I work for is interested in adjusting chargebacks off of a customer's account using an upload. Has anyone tried to do something like this using one of the Z file processes?

Somebody here created an EXCEL macro that outputs a file. We then use Client Access to upload the file to JDE.
