Clearing Type Ahead

One of our OW users had a type-ahead value that was causing her grief, which she'd like to have cleared out. She still wanted the type-ahead feature, but to have this bad value cleared out. What I found is that by going into an application, go under Preferences and make sure the "Type Ahead" is unchecked. Then exit OneWorld completely. Now go back into OneWorld, into an application, then go under Preferences and make sure the "Type Ahead" option is once again checked.
