citrix user having problem to open Xe after the XML changes in the JDE.ini

I have made changes to JDENET_KERNEL_DEF15 and but the changes to JDENET_KERNEL_DEF6 are a little confusing. If we change this existing kernel setting to use the xmlCallObj.dll instead of the Call Obj.dll

My issue is after doing the changes in the jde.ini the citrix user is taking time to open the Xe application lke 5 to 6 minutes it takes for aevery user.

Any idea why so.
