Change assistant : Deployment problem for SP1 ESUs

Hi,
I am using change assistant to deploy all the Esus needed for 8.11 SP1.
If i apply one of them manually, everything is ok. When i try to use the change assistant, the deployment fail with the following message :
"Length of value for data structure D967011A szDateAndTimeStamp is 27, which is longer than the maximum of 26"
If i look at the variable value, i have :
${DATETIME} lun. févr. 06 14:28:39 2006
This error occur at this step :
Apply pckage / Update planner database / Copy package information

Does someone have any idea ??

For information i solve this problem by changing the local settings of my deployment service from french to english.
French abreviation for febrary is "fevr" whereas in english it is "fev". So it is too long to fit the data structure.

Another workaround is to change the date to november for example as the french abreviation is nov ...

If it can help anyone one day ...
