Case Entry:Work with case management : Issue in creating cases

Greetings
I am working on E1 9.1 tools release 9.1.2.3 .
I am working on the CRM-Case Entry screen (G90CE01 Menu). When I try to create a new case , the case number through the next number gets generated . I fill in all the details and then click on save and continue and then the other tabs like "Solution" , "Activities" get displayed.
When I tab to "Solution", I click on search tab there and then click on the search push button , I get a JAS error(enclosed) .Main thing is that my case number though it gets generated , it never gets saved , when I inquire on it through the inquiry screen, it never gets displayed , however when I add a new case , it assigns the next number.

My issues are :
a) I want to know how can I access my case numbers I created?
b) Whatever case numbers I generate doesnot get saved but when I add new case , it takes the next number .I mean if I create a new case (Say 40) , it never gets saved but the next case number is comigng as 41.
c) How do I use the solution tab and solve the JAS errror(attachments enclosed)

I followed the oracle document 1487595.1 but even then I am getting the issue.
I am able to copy an existing case number though.

Could you kindly let me know if I am missing any setups .I have enclosed the screen print.
