Budget Ledger

A user in our financial department is looking to globally clear the accounts and dollars in one of our budget ledgers. I've looked through the advanced and technical programs for global updates and haven't found a program to handle this. Does anyone know of a way to handle this?

Can you at least tell us more about what they want to do?
Why clear them? they are kept in F0902 and that by fiscal year and period.

Please give us more info and perhaps we might be able to help.

Hi Mary, It depends whether your budget values are supported by journal entries. If they are not, then it may simply be that you need to purge the budget ledger using R09912.
